ASAP Computer Services is locally owned, operated and was established in 2000 in San Antonio Texas. Collectively ASAP’s technicians have over 150,000 hours in the field as subject matter experts in IT. We are currently hiring Experienced Cat5 Cat6 Cable Installers

23$ hr + $34.50 hr DAILY OT

POSITION – Experienced Cable Installers.

10 Years Experience required

Be a part of ASAP’s professional installation crew!

Must work in rain or shine, indoors and outdoors and work on 24-36′ ladders and man lifts. OSHA lift certification and ladder training is a plus.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, with an occasional weekend, I only need the real hustlers and hard workers out there on my teams. No night shifts are available.

Overtime is paid California style, so if you work 9 hours on a Monday. That’s an hour of OT, you do not have to accrue 40 hours for OT to start.

You must own all hand tools required to terminate and splice Cat6 and Coax (RG6/11 Exp w 540 or 625 is a plus).  Including Fish sticks, Fishing tape, a Toner w Wand and Pinout Tester.

You must own battery operated power tools.. including, but not limited to.

• Impact Drill
• Sawzall
• Roto Zip
• Grinder
• Multiool
• Hammer Drill

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must have a cell phone with camera and internet.
Reliable transportation – pickup truck is a plus.
Ability to speak English in a clear, concise manner in order to communicate with co-worker(s) and foremen(s).
Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Applicants must qualify on a Physical Ability Test (PAT) prior to employment.
Applicants must be able to work outside or in attics in summertime
