One Technology Company for OSI Layers 1 Through 7

ASAP employees work across the technology stack, from the physical infrastructure at OSI Layer 1 through the networks, systems, security, applications, and people who rely on them.

Our employees install and test Cat6, Cat6A, structured cabling, business network cabling, and fiber optic backbones. ASAP employees also support the switches, Wi Fi, firewalls, servers, Microsoft 365 environment, identity and access, endpoints, applications, and users operating on top of that infrastructure.

This gives clients one accountable technology company that understands the environment from the wall jack and fiber backbone through the active network, systems, cloud services, and help desk.

Built for Complicated Projects and the Stakeholders Who Run Them

Large projects succeed or fail in the coordination, not just the cable. Since 1999, we have delivered infrastructure and installation work for Fortune 100 technology companies, national emergency healthcare providers, global engineering and construction organizations, national energy operators, and small business owners.

These are environments where the work is reviewed by corporate construction teams, IT departments, safety officers, construction managers, project managers, facilities teams, trades, and program managers in different cities, and where “done” means documented, verified, and defensible.

That experience shapes how we operate on every engagement: we plug into the client’s stakeholder structure rather than working around it.

On healthcare and multi site programs, that can mean direct coordination with owners, corporate construction and IT teams, facilities and clinical staff, trades, and equipment vendors. Our process emphasizes one accountable point of contact, clear communication, standardized execution, and per site documentation that remote stakeholders can verify without traveling.

Whether the work involves a single facility or a national multi-state rollout, our process is designed for projects where a lot of people, in a lot of places, all need the work to be right.

How We Work

ASAP has grown through long term client relationships, practical field experience, and a culture of ownership, professionalism, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Behind that culture are more than 100,000 cumulative hours of hands on field experience and practical subject matter expertise across our employees.

Our projects follow the same fundamentals regardless of size: understand the requirement, coordinate the stakeholders, install the system correctly, test the work, document the environment, and leave the client with technology that can be supported and expanded.

Our capabilities include managed IT services, IT support, networking, structured cabling, fiber optics, wireless infrastructure, physical security infrastructure, and technology installation. When those disciplines overlap, ASAP employees can coordinate the physical infrastructure, active network, systems, cloud services, and user support as parts of the same technology environment.
