Managed IT & Core Business Technology

Modern business systems are interconnected. Server health affects applications, network reliability affects users, identity and security affect access, and backups determine how quickly an organization can recover from an outage.

Our core IT services are designed to address those dependencies together rather than treating each component as an unrelated problem.

  • Managed IT Services: Ongoing monitoring, patching, help desk support, Microsoft 365 administration, backup monitoring, documentation, network management, security, and technology support, for offices from a handful of users to around 100. Every plan includes a quarterly vCIO session.
  • Managed IT Pricing: Published pricing. Managed plans run around $85 per user per month on an annual term, lower with a co-managed split and higher with enterprise Microsoft 365 features, plus one flat $500 plan for offices with up to 7 users.
  • Co-Managed IT: For organizations that already have IT staff. A documented split of responsibilities between your in-house team and ASAP, covering Tier-3 escalation, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, monitoring, patching, backups, and after-hours coverage on a flat monthly rate. No IT staff at all? Managed IT Services above is the fit.
  • Business IT Support: Remote and onsite technical support for workstations, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, software, connectivity, users, and other day-to-day technology requirements. During plan coverage hours most tickets get a first response within minutes, and clients on a support plan in San Antonio proper have a guaranteed 1-hour onsite arrival for emergencies.
  • Microsoft 365 Management: Day-to-day management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Purview, and Power BI, including users, licenses, login security, data rules, backup, and directory sync for on-site servers or a VPS in our rack.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Automated backups, recovery planning, tested restore processes, and disaster-recovery infrastructure designed around realistic recovery objectives.
  • Cybersecurity: Layered security including email protection, phishing defenses, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, EDR, firewall management, account security, and practical compliance support.

The physical network is the foundation for everything operating above it. Cabling quality, fiber infrastructure, racks, patch panels, network closets, wireless access points, switching, and Power over Ethernet all affect the reliability of the systems users interact with every day.

ASAP combines physical Layer 1 infrastructure capabilities with active networking and IT support. Our structured cabling and fiber work is performed by ASAP employees as part of the same company that provides network support and managed IT services. ASAP employees install copper cabling, fiber backbones, network racks, patch panels, switches, and related infrastructure rather than simply referring the physical network work to a separate cabling provider.

This allows cabling, network equipment, configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support to be coordinated as parts of the same technology environment, from the physical cable plant through the active network and the systems that depend on it.

New Office IT Build-Outs

Opening a location that has no IT in it yet is a project, not a support ticket. The rack, cabling, wireless, phones, cameras, firewall, servers, Microsoft 365 tenant, and every device have to be designed, installed, configured, and tested before the first business day, usually on a general contractor’s schedule.

Turnkey Office IT Build-Out: Single-source IT deployment for greenfield offices, new construction finish-outs, expansions, and second locations, from bare walls to a configured, secured, working office. Delivered as one project by ASAP employees under RCDD project management, with tenant improvement (TI) and low-voltage IT construction scopes planned and priced as part of the build-out.

Commercial IT Relocation

Moving an existing office is a different project from opening a new one. The servers, switches, firewalls, phones, and workstations your business already runs on have to be documented, transported, reconnected, and commissioned at the new address without losing a business day.

Commercial IT Relocation: Pre-move mapping and labeling of every cable, port, and device, safe transport of servers and network equipment in ASAP’s own enclosed trailers, re-racking and reconnection at the destination, testing, and a planned after-hours or weekend cutover with a technician on site the first morning.

Some customers need an ongoing managed services relationship while others need project management. Our most common standalone projects are turnkey office IT build-outs, structured cabling and fiber installations, and commercial IT relocations. Multi-location work can also be coordinated as a program. Common equipment standards, site-readiness requirements, deployment procedures, cabling standards, testing, labeling, documentation, and closeout information can be applied consistently across locations.
