IT Services & Technology Service Catalog
ASAP Computer Services provides business IT support, managed IT services, network infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber optics, Wi-Fi, physical security technology, and related technical services.
Since 1999, we have supported businesses that depend on stable networks, dependable servers, secure access, properly installed infrastructure, and responsive technical support. Our capabilities span OSI Layers 1 through 7, allowing one technology provider to work from physical cabling through switching, routing, systems, security, applications, and end-user support.
This service catalog provides an overview of our most frequently requested capabilities. Some customers call us for a specific project such as fiber splicing, network troubleshooting, structured cabling, Wi-Fi improvements, or server repair. Others rely on ASAP for ongoing managed IT and technology support across one or multiple locations.
If you do not see exactly what you need, contact us. We regularly support custom, hybrid, legacy, and multi-vendor technology environments.

Where We Provide Service
Our recurring managed IT, onsite technical support, networking, and infrastructure service footprint includes four primary Texas regions:
Dedicated city service pages include New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Boerne, Victoria, and Corpus Christi.
Structured cabling, fiber optic, healthcare technology, network infrastructure, and multi-site deployment projects may also be available elsewhere in Texas or nationwide when the project scope supports a coordinated rollout.

Network Infrastructure, Cabling, Fiber & Physical Technology
The physical network is the foundation for everything operating above it. Cabling quality, fiber infrastructure, racks, patch panels, network closets, wireless access points, switching, and Power over Ethernet all affect the reliability of the systems users interact with every day.
ASAP combines physical Layer 1 infrastructure capabilities with active networking and IT support. Our structured cabling and fiber work is performed by ASAP employees as part of the same company that provides network support and managed IT services. ASAP employees install copper cabling, fiber backbones, network racks, patch panels, switches, and related infrastructure rather than simply referring the physical network work to a separate cabling provider.
This allows cabling, network equipment, configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support to be coordinated as parts of the same technology environment, from the physical cable plant through the active network and the systems that depend on it.

ASAP works across both the physical infrastructure and active network environment so troubleshooting can follow the problem wherever it leads.

Commercial IT Network Relocation
:
ASAP helps businesses plan and execute office technology moves, including Internet-provider coordination, network infrastructure, equipment relocation, rack installation, workstation setup, testing, and cutover support.
One of the most important first steps is ordering Internet service early. Carrier lead times can become the item that delays an otherwise completed office move.

Different industries have different technology risks, compliance requirements, applications, workflows, and uptime expectations. ASAP supports businesses that need technology aligned with how their organization actually operates.

Hourly Service, Projects & Multi-Site Work
Some customers need an ongoing managed relationship while others need occasional technical work. ASAP supports both.
For local à la carte service, our hourly rates and mobilization fees are published openly. Larger infrastructure and installation work is typically quoted as a project with a defined scope, deliverables, assumptions, and pricing.
Multi-location work can also be coordinated as a program. Common equipment standards, site-readiness requirements, deployment procedures, cabling standards, testing, labeling, documentation, and closeout information can be applied consistently across locations.
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Technology problems do not always arrive with a clear label. A Wi-Fi problem may actually involve structured cabling. A server problem may involve storage, networking, or backups. A building expansion may need fiber, switching, wireless access points, phones, security cameras, and user support at the same time.
Tell us what is happening, where the work is located, and what outcome you need. We can help determine the appropriate service or combination of services.
