Do you require a site walkthrough before quoting an office build-out?
Yes. We do not issue a final build-out quote from a phone call or an email. We walk the space with you, verify the server closet and the internet handoff, and map wireless coverage and equipment placement before pricing the project.
Why do you ask for our furniture layout?
Because the technology should follow the people, not the other way around. We plan outlets, screens, desk phones, and wireless coverage around where desks actually face, so nothing gets installed wherever it was easiest for the crew.
Is our data backed up and secured from day one?
Yes. Backup and recovery are configured before go-live, and security is part of the base scope of every deployment, never a premium add-on. Your first business day starts protected, not penciled in for later.
What happens if the internet carrier is delayed?
We handle carrier coordination directly and manage the order from survey to activation. If the carrier slips past your opening date, we can stage temporary cellular internet so the office still opens on schedule.
Do we get a project plan and a single point of contact?
Yes. Every build-out runs on a dated, week-by-week plan built backward from your opening date, with one project manager keeping you updated. A technician is on-site the morning your team arrives.
Is the build-out a one-time project fee or part of a monthly contract?
The build-out is quoted as its own one-time project with a defined scope, separate from any ongoing plan. We publish our pricing, and the quote is all-inclusive; the number only changes if you add seats or scope mid-project.
Who owns the hardware after the build-out?
You do. Equipment is purchased in your company’s name and belongs entirely to you. We configure and maintain it, and nothing goes dark if you ever change providers.
