UniFi Access
A strong fit for small and mid sized offices: clean hardware, no per door licensing fees, mobile phone credentials, and straightforward cloud management. During the walkthrough we will tell you honestly which platform fits your doors, your compliance needs, and your budget.
What a Proper Installation Includes
Access control is low voltage electrical work plus network engineering plus life safety code. As an access control contractor we handle all three:
- Door hardware coordination: electric strike installation, magnetic lock (maglock) installation, electrified hinges, and crash bar integration matched to each door type
- Supervised devices: request to exit (REX) sensors, door position contacts, and push to exit buttons, so the system knows when a door is forced or propped
- Credentials: card and fob access, keypads and PIN, mobile credentials, and biometric options where the security posture calls for multi factor physical access
- OSDP readers: secure channel encryption between reader and controller, not the legacy Wiegand wiring that can be tapped and replayed

Yes. The Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Program licenses the company and registers each technician. Ask any bidder for their TXDPS number before they touch your doors. Ours are listed above.
Can you integrate access control with our security cameras?

What is OSDP and why does it matter?
OSDP is the secure communication standard between card readers and door controllers. It replaces legacy Wiegand wiring, which transmits credentials unencrypted and can be tapped with inexpensive tools. If a bidder spec does not mention OSDP, ask why.
Can access control sync with Active Directory or our HR system?
Yes. We integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and common HR workflows so credentials follow employment status automatically. When someone leaves, their access ends with their account, not when someone remembers to collect a badge.
