ASAP’s Downtown San Antonio Office at One Alamo Center
ASAP Computer Services provides commercial managed IT services, onsite and remote IT support, network installation (Cat6/Cat6A structured cabling), and fiber optic installation from our Downtown San Antonio office on the 5th floor of One Alamo Center, 106 S. St. Mary’s St., STE 585, San Antonio, TX 78205.
We opened the Downtown office in October 2026 in the central business district, one block from the River Walk and a short walk from the Bexar County and Federal courthouses. It puts a technician minutes from the office towers along St. Mary’s, Commerce, Houston and Market streets, and it is where Downtown clients and prospects can meet with us in person.

Finding ASAP Inside One Alamo Center
One Alamo Center is the eight-story office building at 106 S. St. Mary’s St., between W. Market St. and E. Commerce St.
Please enter the lobby from S. St. Mary’s Street and check in with building security. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, turn right as you exit, and we are the fifth office on the left, Suite 585. We look forward to seeing you.
Parking Near ASAP’s Downtown Office
One Alamo Center has an attached covered garage operated by Ace Parking, with entrances on W. Market St. and E. Commerce St. It is hourly, pay by phone, and has a vehicle height limit, so if you drive a truck with a ladder rack, please plan on a nearby surface lot instead. Other garages within a two-block walk include the Market Street Garage, the Riverbend Garage on N. Presa and the St. Mary’s Garage on E. Travis. Street meters along St. Mary’s and Commerce are enforced during business hours.
Managed IT Services from ASAP’s Downtown Office
Downtown businesses on a managed IT plan get the same coverage as every ASAP client: network monitoring, workstation and Microsoft 365 management, cybersecurity, backups, and a help desk staffed by technicians who can be at your suite quickly when remote support is not enough. Network Installation from ASAP’s Downtown Office
Downtown high-rises bring riser extensions, shared telecom rooms, ISP demarcations and tenant-improvement work that suburban offices rarely see. Our RCDD-led crews handle network installation, including Cat6 and Cat6A structured cabling, fiber optic installation, racks, patch panels and wireless access points, as standalone projects with no managed IT agreement required.
Who Uses ASAP’s Downtown Office
The Downtown office serves the businesses that work in and around the central business district: law firms near the courthouses, financial advisors and professional offices in the St. Mary’s and Houston Street towers, hospitality and property management along the River Walk, and companies in Southtown, King William and the Pearl that would rather meet downtown than drive to Stone Oak.

ASAP has operated from Stone Oak since 1999. If you are on the north side, our North San Antonio office at 18756 Stone Oak Pkwy #212 may be closer, and the main line there is (210) 497-1424. Either office can dispatch a technician anywhere in Greater San Antonio.
